It is much newer than our Camry was when we bought that (nearly) nine years ago, but not precisely a "new" car.

For the most part, I would rate the dealership highly. We got a decent price on the car, and a decent price on our trade-in. There was a little bit of shenanigans in the finance department, but for the most part, that was dealt with easily enough.

And now we have a manual transmission 2010 Civic. Hopefully I will learn to shift smoothly again in no time. Geoff is happy about it, though. And while the mileage is higher than most of the other cars we looked at, it has obviously been well cared for. Far better than another car with half the mileage, actually.

It was a long day, though. On the other hand, I don't have this whole car project on my shoulders any more, so it was a productive day, indeed.

As for the rest of the weekend, there will be homework.

Cheers.

That's such a good thing. cars are so important in our lives, when their issues are solved, it's a big relief for everyone.

Yay! New, not-falling-apart car!

You'll get the hang of driving a manual again really quickly.
