I overdid it today. Geoff overdid it a bit, too. Digging is hard work, ya'll.

However, we got all the mums and Siberian irises moved to the community's corner gardens (I think 20 holes were dug today alone), and I even managed to clean up the piles of dirt before I came home, had a shower (sitting for most of it), and then collapsed on the couch.

My body is not happy with me, and not in the normal, achy kind of way. More like the I'm-going-to-throw-up-if-my-heartrate-increases-anytime-soon kind of way. I will be taking tomorrow off. Completely.

Well, at least physically.

ION, the fledglings in our roof are loud. Again. I'm seriously considering filling that hole with foaming insulation when they move out. It's not so bad the first week after they hatch, but then they get bigger and so, so much louder. And, like any youngsters, are either asleep (night time) or talking/arguing. Always.

Hmph. You know, I'm not nearly as negative in real life as I am on here. Not sure whether that means that LJ is a good venting place that allows me to get it out, or if posting to LJ encourages the negativity/complaining... I'll assume the former for right now.

But it looks like I got an A in biology. Maybe. Probably. So yay.

Anyway, I should go eat dinner. Maybe watch a movie or something, too. *nods*

Hurrah for the A! (I expected it) And yes, rest tomorrow.

Thanks! I'm still not completely sure it's an A (his grading is truly weird), but I averaged 96% on all the tests (45% of the total grade), and only missed one lab, so I suspect I came away with an A. Thank goodness for extra credit!

Yep. Am resting. Physically. Well, except for my eyes, which are rolling a fair bit as I review basic algebra. ;-)

I'm going for the 'little and often' gardening approach, but I'm still a wreck. It's not helping the other injuries heal, either.

I normally do, too, but time is against me right now. I need to save all my lovely plants! (The not lovely ones are staying put. ;-)

No, it really doesn't help with the healing of injuries. So I hope you'll take it easy for a bit. :-(

(Happy Mother's Day!)
