Whee!

Well, last night Geoff told me that The English Beat were going to be performing in a theater nearby. I checked it out this morning, because, you know, he almost never intimates that he actually wants something, and... it was sold out.

So, I looked around and, although I couldn't find any tickets for the nearby theater, I did find tickets for a show in Boston, and for less! So, we're going to go see The English Beat in February! Yay! Geoff has a real birthday present this year!

I just have to remember to take my ear plugs. (Geoff may like his music loud, I don't.)

Okay, no kitchen pics at this moment first, because it really isn't finished yet. Although it wouldn't hurt to record what it looks like without the finishing touches (like the backsplash), but then I'd have to tidy up, which is the second reason there aren't any at the mo'.
