I find the "Conservative" label and the "Liberal" label are just too damn confining for any set of values I have. I don't fit into either and I dislike both Republicans and Democrats.

Date: 2010-11-04 05:54 pm (UTC)Even though I joke about being a "Total Fucking Pinko Commie," that label doesn't really fit me, either. I'm a bit of a stick in the mud about some issues that go against social liberalism, and am actually growing quite conservative (pragmatic) about fiscal matters.
Labeling is a useful tool, but easily abused, like so many things, to make war. Us vs. Them, ya know.
