Onto other things.

( Art and business. Have I mentioned I hate the business side of art lately? )

And that's about it. Babe finally woke up cheerful today, so I think he's well on the mend. I'm pretty much off the pain pills, though my sinuses, throat and neck are still rather unpleasant, so I may be on the way to being on the mend. And Geoff has a sore throat and stiff neck. Damn. He almost always gets way sicker than I do when he gets sick, though hopefully he has been taking it easy enough that he'll get off lightly. This is a real bear of a bug, though. I just hope he can wait to be sick until I'm well enough to take care of him.

I hate statement cookies. All fortune cookies have devolved into these abominations and it's almost enough to put me off Chinese food. They should not be called fortune cookies unless they have some ridiculous prophecy that goes (or not) with "between the sheets" added to the end of it.

This weekend my task is to find out if Geoff has enough miles to get me to San Francisco this summer. I'm pretty sure he does, especially if I book soon.

Assuming that there are miles enough to get there, anyone want to share a room with me? I don't snore (unless I have a cold, in which case I will buy some nose strips), I won't leave puddles on the bathroom floor and I will try to respect your desire for sleep by not talking your ear off. I promise.

Also, can anyone tell me about the art thing going on? I'm half inclined to do some work for it.
